MoCHIP events are designed with your child’s safety in mind and your convenience too. Whether this is your first time participating or you’re returning for an updated ID, here are some simple steps to follow prior to the event.
To help your event day run smoothly:
When you arrive, volunteers will guide you to the check in area. You will then proceed to each ID station. Upon completion, you will receive your comprehensive ID Kit which includes:

The Masonic Children’s Foundation does not store or retain any personal data collected through the MoCHIP forms. All identification materials are provided directly to the parent or guardian at the event and are not kept on file. However, the Foundation does retain the signed permission slip required for a child’s participation in the program.
Once your child’s identification kit is completed and provided to you, your role in protecting your child continues at home.
Please keep your child’s MoCHIP identification kit in a safe, secure, and easily accessible location—preferably with other important documents such as medical records or emergency contacts.
Time is critical in the event of a missing child and having this information ready can significantly assist law enforcement in a search. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us.
MoCHIP information can be updated as your child grows and it’s important to keep their information current. Just bring your child’s MoCHIP flashdrive to any MoCHIP event and we will update their photo, fingerprints, and vital information on the spot.
